Tops Motel is located in Heyburn off I-84. Heyburn is conveniently located in the middle of Burley, Rupert, and Paul. We try and offer our customers the best possible price with as many ammenities as possible. We take pride in the fact that we are a mom & pop business which is what has made this country great.
